Coastal enclave Wellington Point in Queensland’s Moreton Bay is now home to Raine & Horne’s newest office.

It’s a rebrand for the longstanding real estate outfit that will now be known as Raine & Horne Wellington Point. Owned by stalwart community member Darren McCormack, the principal has 27 years of experience under his belt and has worked in the community in a number of real estate roles.

That experience has also allowed him to see the inner workings of several brands, and he describes the process of deciding on a new network to align with as one of “meticulous consideration and assessment”.

“We opted to rebrand and unite with the Raine & Horne network, renowned for its robust structure and culture, support and unwavering commitment to excellence,” Mr McCormack said.

He noted the team is looking to grow, and is eager to take advantage of Raine & Horne’s assistance in scaling up.

“We aspire to be part of a growing brand that can aid us in attracting and retaining top-tier staff. Recruitment has posed considerable challenges under our previous brand. Therefore, we are enthused to embark on a fresh recruitment drive under Raine & Horne Wellington Point, reinvigorating our business expansion,” he said.

In announcing the new office, the brand commented that the new office serves as a strategic function on its own expansion plans, calling it a “significant milestone in its growth strategy”.

Steve Worrad, Raine & Horne Queensland’s general manager, remarked that he felt the brand would fit in well with the community.

Raine & Horne Wellington Point will serve as a central hub for both sales and property management for the region, offering an array of services tailored to meet the dynamic needs of the local community.

Darren’s direct and results-driven approach has solidified his reputation as a respected figure within the industry. We eagerly anticipate collaborating with him and the Raine & Horne Wellington Point team,” Mr Worrad added.

Moreover, Mr McCormack commented that the area is poised to take advantage of an upcoming burst of activity for spring, noting the wide array of properties in his community.

“Wellington Point offers a diverse range of properties, encompassing entry-level units from $500,000 to multimillion-dollar waterfront estate,” said Mr McCormack.
