A Byron Bay local will take her granular knowledge of the area’s selling points to The Agency.
The network has welcomed Terase Davidson to the fold, where she’ll service the coastal hotspot and number of its surrounding markets.
It’s a strategic move for the brand which, according to CEO of real estate Matt Lahood, has targeted the area for expansion.
“We are so excited to have Terase represent us in Byron Bay and the surrounding areas, one of the nominated growth areas for The Agency and one that represents a key part of our strategy,” Mr Lahood said.
Welcoming Ms Davidson to the network, he said her local knowledge of the area would allow her to “provide the very best outcomes for her clients”.
On her part, Ms Davidson said she is excited to represent The Agency in the Byron Bay market, which she explained is really made up of smaller “micro markets”.
“You have beachfront pockets like Belongil, Wategos, and to a lesser extent beachside at Suffolk that are priced completely differently due to location and scarcity,” she said, noting how this street-level understanding of the area helps set her apart.
“I enjoy sharing my local knowledge and insights, and I am able to give vendors a competitive edge around the right marketing and pricing strategy, and it helps me to connect with buyers in a very open, honest and transparent way,” Ms Davidson said.
“I absolutely love this region. I feel deeply connected to the community and have a solid understanding of the local market as well as the key drivers around pricing.”
Of the decision to join up with The Agency, she described the brand as a good fit for her method of working and outlook on the industry.
“It is important to me to be able to surround myself with like-minded colleagues who share the same customer service ethos and who are always striving to deliver exceptional results. It feels like I have found the right home for me, my clients and my career at The Agency.”
