The independent offering has announced its latest outpost in Dapto following the purchase of a local agency.
As it prepares to enter its seventh year of operation, local Illawarra agency Molenaar + McNeice has revealed its third office will be opened in the south coast suburb of Dapto after it completed the purchase of MMJ Dapto.
Having already firmly planted its flag in Bulli and Wollongong, two of the region’s most prominent locations, Molenaar + McNeice director Trever Molenaar described the decision to enter Dapto as “the obvious next step for our business”.
The region, which lies 14 kilometres south-west of Wollongong, was celebrated by Mr Molenaar as “one of the fastest-growing regions in the Illawarra”. According to the most recent census data, 10,954 residents call Dapto home.
Director Troy McNeice revealed the network have “been working on this [deal] for around a year”.
“It’s really exciting to be able to bring our boutique services down south to a market that hasn’t seen a fresh brand like this,” he added.
Despite new ownership and a new name over the building, a sense of continuity will be felt within the network’s Dapto office with the existing team at MMJ Dapto all continuing their work under the Molenaar + McNeice umbrella. A company press release noted this decision was taken to guarantee a seamless transition for both staff and clients.
The network’s Dapto office is the first new office opening for Molenaar + McNeice since its Wollongong outpost opened its doors back in July 2019.
