A brand-new outpost in Lisarow has extended the network’s footprint in the region.
Stone Real Estate has shared that the new office will bridge the service gap between the group’s existing offices in Tumbi Umbi, Berkeley Vale and Wyong.
Abdullah Choudhari will lead the group of four offices, with the decision to bring in a Lisarow presence a “strategic move” that has been reported as aligning well following the recent acquisition of an Ourimbah-based property management portfolio.
Stone’s head of franchise, Luke Cameron, said it is “with great enthusiasm that we acknowledge Abdullah’s initiative to further grow his office network”.
Pointing out the group’s consistent growth across the Central Coast region, Mr Cameron stated: “This new branch underscores that forward momentum.”
Alongside the expanded presence, Jake Smith and Isaac Scarcella have been named as area specialists for Ourimbah and Lisarow.
Stone highlighted that both agents have been “commended for their unwavering commitment to quality customer service and results”.
It also revealed that Marc Correia will be the area specialist for Wyoming.
Weighing in on the latest news, Stone chief performance officer, Graeme Hyde, expressed that the addition of the Lisarow office “is a significant moment for Stone Real Estate”.
“It allows us to work collectively with all of our Central Coast offices, driving Stone’s continued success in the region,” he continued.
