Continuing its trend of expanding into prime coastal markets, the network enters sunny Gladstone.

The highly experienced Anne Schofield has opted into joining the network and establishing her agency, First National Real Estate Gladstone, in the popular tourist destination located between Bundaberg and Rockhampton.

“I’m thrilled to be joining First National Real Estate and launching First National Real Estate Gladstone,” she beamed.

The network’s statement described Ms Schofield as boasting “extensive experience and a strong track record in the real estate industry, before adding expectations she will make a significant impact in the Gladstone region”.

Ms Schofield believes the network’s digital marketing tools to be among its most eye-catching capabilities, particularly with regard to “attracting listings and generating interest from buyers”.

“I am confident that by leveraging these resources, I will be able to provide exceptional service and achieve outstanding results for my clients,” she added.

Both Ms Schofield and First National believe the combination of factors, including her customer service skills and deep knowledge of the local market combined with the agency’s support network and technological backing, will establish a winning formula in the Gladstone area.

First National Real Estate warmly welcomes Anne and looks forward to a fruitful partnership, the network statement added.

First National confirmed its Gladstone offer ratifies its commitment to expanding its reach and providing Queensland with the full range of its services.

Back in May, the network exemplified coastal expansion goals by announcing its entry into the popular NSW north coast tourist market, Port Macquarie, following a local agency’s decision to rebrand under the First National banner.

One month later, First National expanded its Brisbane reach by planting a flag in the Queensland capital’s seaside location, Birkland.
