The network’s far north Queensland operations have been bolstered by a new office in one of Queensland’s largest suburbs, Kirwan, opening its doors.

Belle Property’s third Townsville office will be headed up by Ella Geaney, who is also the principal of Belle Property Townsville Beaches and Townsville City. The network’s latest office will be a rebrand of the existing Live-N-Invest agency.

Network chief executive officer, Peter Hanscomb, said: “Townsville is a thriving destination and opening a third office under the leadership of an already highly successful team is a logical next step for Belle Property.”

Ms Geaney’s new team will be bolstered by the arrival of Sean Breitkreutz, one of the agency’s leading Queensland agents. Mr Breitkreutz will assume the role of co-principal in what has been described as an “exciting next step in his career”.

“It is the right time to expand into Kirwan and we are delighted to be working alongside former Live-N-Invest owners, David and Janet Menso, who will stay on in the business,” Ms Geaney said.

Belle Property’s third office in Townsville will facilitate the brand developing a “greater presence and foothold in Townsville”, according to Mr Breitkreutz. The co-principal insisted this venture will “benefit our existing offices and clients”.

“It makes great sense to establish an office with a team that aligns so well with our brand,” he added.

“Our strong position in the north and south will be complemented by this new location in Kirwan and we look forward to expanding our offering in central Townsville,” he said.

Kirwan, which is in Townsville’s western fringes, is home to nearly 21,000 people according to the 2021 census and boasts over 8,000 private dwellings. According to data from PropTrack, the suburb’s median house price currently sits at $382,000 following a 3.2 per cent rise in the last 12 months. Units in the region can be snapped up for around $268,000 after their prices soared 11.3 per cent in the past year.

Mr Breitkreutz believes local clients are “excited” by the network’s expanded presence in the region, particularly those lifestyle-first clients.

Belle Property’s Kirwan outpost will service the suburbs of Kirwan, Mount Louisa and Condon.
