The network’s Glenelg outfit has extended its presence in the South Australian capital with the latest opening of its newest outpost.

Belle Property Henley Beach will open its doors under the leadership of acclaimed principals, David Ferrari and Rhys Digance, who were recently recognised at the network’s South Australian awards.

Mr Ferrari said he and Mr Digance did not hesitate when the opportunity to expand their presence in Adelaide arose.

“It is natural for us to open an office in Henley Beach because we already provide our services to this blue chip premium coastal area and there is already a strong appetite for the Belle Property brand,” he said.

Data from PropTrack puts Henley Beach’s median house price at approximately $1.3 million, following a 4.3 per cent increase over the last 12 months. Units in the region command, on average, around $500,000, with prices down 12 per cent in the last year.

The suburb, which lies 10 kilometres west of Adelaide’s central business district, has grown into a prominent destination for tourism, with holiday makers attracted to the suburb by its coastal location and the presence of several city-leading restaurants.

He also noted the arrival of Jae Curtis 12 months ago would “further strengthen our dominance in the area”.

While the office will focus on quality marketing and exceptional service to buyers and vendors, Mr Digance confirmed the team will “work hard to build relationships, and our talented team of agents are ready to step up to the next level in our careers, just like David and I are with this additional office and responsibility”.

He put the strong performance of Henley Beach’s property market in recent months as driven by “location and more demand than supply”.

“This area finds a natural rapport with Belle Property due to our national profile,” he added.

Network chief executive officer, Peter Hanscomb, celebrated Mr Ferrari and Mr Digance as the network’s leading agents in South Australia. For this reason, he described it as a “clear decision” for the pair to “officially stake their claim on Belle Property Henley Beach”.

The expansion of Belle Property’s presence in South Australia comes less than a month after the brand announced its first entry into the Tasmanian market. More recently, the network added another office to its Townsville arsenal in what was described by Mr Hanscomb at the time as a “logical next step”.
