Fitzroy agent, David Sanguinedo, joins up with the network’s Melbourne Inner North office.
Mr Sanguinedo joins the outfit as a senior sales consultant, bringing with him nearly a decade of industry experience in the city. His track record has seen him deal with a diverse range of properties within the Inner North market, marking him as the ideal man to help the brand propel its presence in the region.
“In my eight years’ experience selling homes in and around Melbourne’s Inner North, I have always prioritised a deep commitment to direct, honest communication with my clients,” he shared.
Having spent time as a paramedic in the city that never sleeps, New York City, Mr Sanguinedo explained he’s developed an uncanny “ability to keep calm and decisive under high-pressure situations”.
He denotes this attribute as being “highly valuable in the real estate industry”.

Mr Sanguinedo, who’s reportedly been ranked as one of Fitzroy’s leading agents for the last seven years, will play a significant role in the network’s increased share of the premium end of the market.
