An experienced operator will take the reins of the boutique network’s latest office.
Stone Real Estate has announced its expansion into Neutral Bay, a premier seaside Sydney suburb located on the north side of the city’s pristine harbour. Joe Akle, whose real estate career dates back two decades, will lead the new franchise.
Renowned for boasting the perfect mix of retail, dining and cultural attractions, as well as its proximity to Sydney’s central business district the business hubs in North Sydney and Ryde, plus pristine attractions such as Balmoral Beach and Taronga Zoo, Neutral Bay is one of the NSW capital’s most sought-after suburbs.
Expanding into the region doesn’t just bring a strategic business for the brand, it also represents a foray into a region whose mixture of retail and leisure spaces prime it for the arrival of a brand committed to community engagement.
Stone Real Estate head of franchise, Luke Cameron, heralded the arrival of Mr Akle as a “reaffirmation [of] our dedication to high standards in the industry”.
“Neutral Bay’s vibrant market aligns perfectly with Joe’s experience and Stone’s innovative approach,” he added.
Ivan Resnekov, an agent with over three decades of experience, has also been revealed as joining the outpost. He stated: “I couldn’t be more excited about what this means for my longstanding clients. This is a win-win situation that will elevate the level of service and opportunities we can offer.”
Network chief performance officer, Graeme Hyde, added: “Neutral Bay is more than a new pin on our network map – it’s an integral part of our expansion philosophy.”
“Joe’s expertise and a dedicated team assure us of the significant strides we’ll be making in this region,” Mr Hyde said.
Stone’s Neutral Bay outpost is the latest in a long line of office openings the network has embarked on this year, which include planting its flag on NSW’s Central Coast, strengthening its presence on the Gold Coast, and entering Sydney’s ‘booming mortgage belt’.
