A team of local experts will lead the national network’s latest outpost in Blackburn, Victoria.
Belle Property Blackburn will service the family-friendly neighbour, which lies just 16 kilometres from the Victorian capital’s central business district. A four-strong team of co-principals – James Moss, Adrian Stefanetti, Peter Motalli and Daniel Motalli – will lead the outfit.
Belle Property chief executive officer Peter Hanscomb expressed excitement at the team’s arrival under the network’s umbrella, adding the team “complements their abilities and have a truly remarkable relationship with each other and their clients”.
He believes this rapport will be crucial in ensuring Belle Property Blackburn thrives. Mr Hanscomb noted the team is “well-known right across the area”, and with the network’s backing, they can “refine their service offering in a market where we see significant growth opportunities”.
James Moss, one of the new office’s co-principals, labelled the quartet “ambitious” before sharing his belief the group members are “well-rounded with a cross section of talent, Adrian, Daniel and I work across residential property while Peter has more of a focus on project and development sales”.
Mr Moss noted how their group sees Belle Property will “support our values and dreams of expanding into other areas of the coming years”.
“Being a part of a national network exposes us to a lot more drivers and more people coming to our for inspections. It really puts us two steps ahead of our competition,” he added.
“This is just the beginning for us and we want to create a large team where everyone feels welcome,” he stated.
Adrian Stefanetti pointed to how the group’s tight-knit dynamic results in a customer service driven environment. The by-product of this is the quartet get “a lot of referrals because of our offering and we believe that under the Belle Property brand we can continue to hone our skills”.
Belle Property Blackburn will service the suburbs of Blackburn, Blackburn North, Blackburn South, Forest Hill, Mitcham and Nunawading.
The Blackburn outpost is the fourth office opened by the network since September kicked off, following the brand’s first foray into Tasmania, and expansion in both Townsville and Adelaide.
