Island homes will go under the hammer as Belle Property marks its latest expansion.
The national brand will open a new venture on Queensland’s Bribie Island. A honeypot for tourists and locals alike, this 34-kilometre-long island in Moreton Bay is expected to bring in strong returns for the agency, as reported by the Belle Property Group.
Head agent Shontelle Cross is excited for the growth opportunities that Belle Property Bribie Island promises, expressing her belief that “locals will embrace the premium quality services that we will be able to offer”.
It is the lifestyle opportunities on offer in Bribie Island that Ms Cross believes will attract the most interest.
“Bribie Island doesn’t have as big a profile as other places but has so much lifestyle on offer,” Ms Cross enthused.
“As a result of being landlocked and mostly national park, the prices can really only go one way which means it is a really exciting time to get into the Bribie market.”
Peter Hanscomb, Belle Property chief executive officer, is similarly eager to see how Belle Property Bribie Island will fare with Ms Cross at the helm.
“Shontelle is a hardworking and dedicated leader who works hard to build relationships,” Mr Hanscomb said.
“The strong lifestyle market is expected to respond favourable to the Belle Property brand.”
Only an hour north of Brisbane, Belle Property Bribie Island will service the suburbs of Bongaree, Banksia Beach, Woorim, Bellara, White Patch, Ningi, Sandstone Point, Beachmere, Donnybrook, Toorbul, Meldale, and Godwin Beach.
Belle Property Bribie Island will be the fifth outpost established by Belle Property since September kicked off, following expansions in Melbourne, Adelaide, Townsville, and Tasmania, making this a jam-packed month for the network.
