Buxton has revealed the latest in its expansion across Victoria.
After only two months in the driver’s seat of Buxton Mornington Peninsula, Holly Longmuir is making significant changes and expanding her scope.
In the agency’s latest acquisition, Buxton Mornington Peninsula is set to merge with local agency Crowder Community Real Estate in Mount Eliza.
Both Buxton and Crowder Community Real Estate appear keen to embark on this next chapter in their business journey.
Crowder CRE director James Crowder is excited to “join a dynamic and like-minded team”. He believes the merger will be “a great marriage between two very like-minded companies”.
Ms Longmuir is similarly enthusiastic to see what the future holds for the newly merged entity. Both Mr Crowder and Ms Longmuir are third-generation real estate agents, a point of connection that Ms Longmuir believes will aid their collaboration.
According to Ms Longmuir: “There is a synergy between James and I, and as we are both multigenerational agents, there is just an instant value connection and ease to collaborate with each other.”
Mr Crowder’s transition to Buxton Mount Eliza will not mark the end of his family-oriented business ventures. He is set to bring seven Crowder CRE agents onto the new Buxton Mount Eliza team, including his sons, Ben and Will.
“I am excited to see what the future holds for all of our people,” Mr Crowder said.
Only a one-hour journey south of Melbourne, the new Buxton Mount Eliza will serve numerous suburbs across the Mornington Peninsula, including Sorrento, Blairgowrie, Flinders, Red Hill, Cape Schanck, Merricks Beach, Balnarring Beach and Mount Eliza.
It has been a busy period for the Buxton brand, which also introduced its newest eastern Melbourne outfit earlier in the year.
The latest announcement also comes just eight months after the group welcomed a new CEO to the helm.
