The national property group has taken over the Stone Real Estate Mornington Peninsula office, solidifying its position in the picturesque coastal region.
Belle Property chief executive officer Peter Hanscomb believes the region “offers exciting growth opportunities and we couldn’t be more delighted to welcome the team from Stone Mornington Peninsula into our network”.
The network’s existing outfit in the region will relocate to the newly acquired outpost, with the unification set to increase Belle Property’s existing local presence. Belle Property Mornington will be headed up by the newly appointed managing director, Adam Joske, the former head of Belle Property Victoria and leader of the brand’s training arm, The Academy.
Believing Belle Property Mornington possesses incredible potential, Mr Joske proclaimed: “There is power in numbers and we really want to grow our offering in this lifestyle market.”
The new office will offer a full suite of traditional services, such as property management and sales, Mr Joske revealed. Interestingly, Belle Property Mornington is also “currently in negotiations to offer short stays and holiday letting with Belle Property Escapes.”
“The Mornington Peninsula has performed particularly well over the last five years during and post COVID, with more people working from home enjoying the area’s lifestyle benefits, and we are seeing strong future potential for further price growth,” he added.
Mr Joske will also oversee Belle Property Mount Eliza, and expressed excitement at working with Bill Joycey, current director of Belle Property Mount Eliza and Belle Property Mornington who will retain his role, as well as the leadership team from Stone Mornington Peninsula, including Lauren Wild and head of property management Jodie Harwood.
“Lauren and Jodie have established an amazing group of real estate professionals on the Peninsula and their presence on Mornington’s main strip puts us in a high-profile location moving forward,” Mr Joske said.
He believes the current team are “well-equipped” for success, particularly with the support of the Belle Property network blowing in their sail.
“Our offices in Mornington and Mount Eliza are complemented by our existing offices in Dromana and Blairgowrie, and we are not far away from opening more offices in the area in the near future,” he concluded.
