A new Mid North Coast office marks the 17th outpost for the NSW-based operator.
The historic town of Forster is set to welcome a new agency into its folds, as Elders Lifestyle Group officially enters the town, eyeing it as a new strategic foothold for the business.
Elders Forster will be home to a team of six agents, among them a new recruit Darren Rice, formerly a top agent at The Professionals Forster & Tuncurry.
The former Professionals agent expressed enthusiasm at the rebrand to Elders Lifestyle Group, noting that he was impressed with the group’s “dedication to digital market” and “access to the best trainers and technology available”.
“Darren had been watching the growth of ELG and, through mutual mentors, was excited to be a part of the rebrand to Elders Lifestyle Group,” explained group head of sales and licensee in charge, Jake Carter.
According to Elders Lifestyle Group CEO David Gray, the Forster acquisition will provide the brand with a crucial foothold in the Mid Coast holiday market. A honeypot for investors and holiday-makers, Mr Gray predicted that Elders Forster will give the group “great uplift for investment potential”.
In fact, many of the group’s current clients have an interest in the Forster market, with Mr Carter noting: “With many of our current clients already owning property in that region, we will be able to service our clients even better.”
With beachfront, river and rural properties all on offer, Elders Lifestyle Group Forster is set to service a dynamic, hybrid market of locals and investors.
The Forster takeover comes hot on the heels of Elders Lifestyle Group’s recent expansions into townships, including Brunswick Heads, Yamba and Grafton.
Now with 17 offices across northern NSW, the network continues to power towards its goal of becoming “market leaders” in the region.
