A pair of new offices will set the brand off on a strong foot for the start of spring.
A local agency in Maclean, NSW, has revealed a switchover to Raine & Horne, after 50 years in operation.
The Maclean acquisition is one of two new offices established by Raine & Horne on the North Coast. Based in the bucolic Clarence Valley, the rebranded Maclean outpost and brand-new Yamba/Iluka office will give Raine & Horne a strategic foothold in the region.
Maclean real estate principals Brandon Bourke and Travis McConnell, and local entrepreneur Scott Johnson, will be helming the two offices, expressing enthusiasm about the transition to Raine & Horne and the expanded geographical offering.
Mr Bourke explained that the three principals had “collectively opted for a brand change, selecting Raine & Horne due to shared values, progressive culture and long-term strategy”.
He himself also expressed particular enthusiasm for the artificial intelligence capabilities, and their commitment to supporting local charities.
Due to the new branding, the team reportedly undertook substantial refurbishments to their Maclean office, alongside the opening of new Yamba/Iluka outpost.
“Our focus has always been on the critical connection between people, lifestyle and property,” Mr Bourke stated.
He believes that their new allegiance will “strengthen this connection and provide our clients with even better service”.
The new principals revealed that they expect to service a diverse range of clientele, with locals competing with investors and tree-changers from Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.
With two listings and one sale already underway in Raine & Horne Maclean’s first week, the three principals are reportedly optimistic about their future.
Angus Raine, executive chairman of Raine & Horne, echoed their enthusiasm, saying he’s “thrilled to welcome Brandon, Travis and Scott to our network”.
