With experience in fintech, business and even musical theatre, the network’s latest addition is set to be a versatile member of the team.
Joslin Leonardos has been revealed as Harcourts NSW’s new state operations manager. She brings with her a diverse and surprising career across a varied range of industries.
Ms Leonardos shared that she was drawn to the role by “the opportunity to utilise my talents, skills and take on new challenges in an industry I’ve always been passionate about”.
The transition to real estate does not seem to have fazed the new arrival, who stated that her vision for the role “is ultimately to support our NSW network, celebrate our achievements and do my part growing the local Harcourts brand”.
Katrin Tarrant, Harcourts NSW’s CEO, was similarly enthusiastic, asserting that “Joslin’s exceptional calibre and extensive experience in managing events make her a valuable addition to our Harcourts family”.
“Events are at the heart of our Harcourts culture, and having Joslin leading our operations in this area will undoubtedly set us apart.”
It is certainly true that a professional dancer and choreographer is an addition few real estate brands can boast of, but with recent experience in residential and commercial building management, Ms Leonardos is no newcomer to the real estate world.
“We’re not just gaining a skilled professional but a compassionate individual who will approach her role with genuine care,” Ms Tarrant stated.
It has been a busy few months for the Harcourts group, who recently recruited a new chief growth officer to their corporate team. Praised by Harcourts Australia CEO Adrian Knowles as “the unequivocal best franchise growth strategist in Australia”, the newcomer was heralded as a breath of fresh air for the group.
Earlier in the winter, the brand also enlisted a new networks partnerships and customer experience manager, making it an eventful few months for the real estate network.
