The home of the infamous Big Banana, Coffs Harbour is now also home to Stone Real Estate following the network’s expansion into the coastal town.
Located just over halfway between Sydney and the Gold Coast, Coffs Harbour is one of the nation’s most popular coastal destinations, with the network poised to leverage the town’s surging growth, according to Shane Brooks, principal at Stone Coffs Harbour.
“The Stone network will have exposure to one of the fastest-growing regional cities in Australia and capitalise on the future real estate opportunities that will arise,” he explained.
Dubbing the move a “strategic expansion”, Mr Brooks heralded Stone’s arrival in the region as facilitating “an even higher level of real estate services in the region”.
The network believes Mr Brooks’ expertise in the region and commitment to the Coffs Harbour area make him the perfect man to lead their foray into the coastal community of nearly 79,000 people.
Stone head of franchise Luke Cameron said: “Shane’s decision to embark on this new journey aligns seamlessly with his expertise and our franchise model.”
“His strong community connections and unwavering commitment to ethical business practices make him the perfect fit,” he added.
Building on this, Stone Real Estate’s chief performance officer Graham Hyde believes Mr Brooks’ “dedication to exceptional client service, combined with his proactive approach, perfectly aligns with Stone’s core values”.
“We are confident that he will set new standards for client-centric real estate services in the Coffs Harbour area,” Mr Hyde said.
Stone Coffs Harbour, the network’s first on the NSW Mid-North Coast, is Stone’s 68th office, with plans to hit 70 outposts by the end of the year well underway.
Mr Hyde concluded the network “eagerly anticipates establishing a strong presence in the Mid-North Coast and extending our exceptional real estate services to even more communities in the region”.
