A new office for Albury-Wodonga will service the real estate needs of the region that spans two states.

Century 21 has welcomed the chief executive Varun Sharma and his team to the fold, who will operate as Century 21 Twin City.

Mr Sharma comes to the network with 15 years of experience in accounting and mortgage broking in his back pocket. While the group intends to focus initially on residential sales and property management, Mr Sharma makes no secret of the fact that expansion is on the cards, as the group hopes to become something of a full-service centre for the area’s property needs.

We aim to establish Century 21 Twin City as the ultimate ‘one-stop’ shop for all property-related needs,” Mr Sharma said on the event of the new office opening.

“Our mission is to provide comprehensive solutions for our clients, covering everything from property transactions and financial consultations to legal support – all under one roof,” he added.

Joining Mr Sharma are his three experienced partners, Sunny Singh, who heads operations, property manager Balraj Singh, and sales manager Guru Singh.

James Bell, CEO of Real Estate Century 21 and Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, expressed his faith that the team would succeed in their ambitions and pleasure that they had chosen to make a home at Century 21.

I am thrilled to welcome the team at Century 21 Twin City. With their vast experience and extensive local area knowledge, I am sure they will thrive as part of the C21 network,” Mr Bell said.

Century 21 Twin City is one of a number of offices to open with the brand in Australia during the second half of 2023. The firm welcomed a Docklands team to serve Melbourne’s inner city early in August, just after having inaugurated a western Sydney office in St Marys in July.
