An established agent will return to BresicWhitney’s Lower North Shore portfolio as the group looks to expand its harbourside footprint.

Guido Scatizzi has returned to boutique Sydney real estate group BresicWhitney after a one-year stint away from his home base.

Mr Scatizzi previously spent eight years working in Sydney’s high-end markets around the inner east, central business district, city fringe and Lower North Shore as a sales agent at BresicWhitney.

During his year with Christie’s International, Mr Scatizzi reportedly transacted on luxury Sydney properties in the leafy Upper North Shore and the city’s harbourfront suburbs.

Now, Mr Scatizzi hopes to bring this experience back to BresicWhitney, citing the group’s vision to become “Sydney’s leading property group” by 2025 as the primary reason for his return.

“To be able to play a meaningful role in shaping the BresicWhitney Lower North Shore story and build on the incredible work that the current team have done is very exciting,” Mr Scatizzi said.

“The opportunity to once again collaborate with what I know is a group of genuinely talented and passionate people across not only sales, but operations and creative, supported my decision-making,” he added.

Thomas McGlynn, CEO of BresicWhitney, echoed Mr Scatizzi’s sentiment, sharing: “Guido is an exceptional agent who brings a great deal of experience across the high-end harbourside suburbs.”

“Establishing our presence in areas such as the Lower North Shore and eastern suburbs is something that will continue to build over time,” Mr McGlynn stated.

“What’s integral is that our people, and the wider industry, understands what our journey ahead looks like, and the many opportunities it will create for those coming along with us.”

The agency emphasised that Mr Scatizzi, who was educated in Milan and holds both graduate and postgraduate degrees in economics and management, will further bolster the team with his cross-cultural expertise.

“[Mr Scatizzi] is a genuinely good human being and trusted colleague, who we all know will thrive in this new capacity,” said Mr McGlynn.

“In a truly holistic sense, his appointment is a natural complement to our existing team.”
