The Mid-North Coast town is the latest locale to have the network make a home.
Stone Real Estate has revealed Carlos Peters is taking the reins of the establishment.
Formerly of LJ Hooker, Mr Peters has been lauded by his new network as “a lifetime local and reputable leader in real estate”.
Stone reported that he “brings to the table a storied career marked by his unwavering commitment to integrity and community service, amassing a wealth of accolades and industry respect”.
Touting a team with more than 60 years of collective industry experience, Mr Peters explained his reason for changing as recognition of the need for evolution: “Transitioning to Stone was a strategic move, one envisioned to extend our reach and refresh our approach in the Macleay Valley, with Stone’s modern branding and technological edge.”
The new-look agency aims to service the Macleay Valley’s population, which is nearing 30,000, with the network expressing the belief that the addition of Mr Peters’ business “is set to enhance connections from the Hunter Valley to Coffs Harbour”.
It’s a sentiment backed up by Graeme Hyde, chief performance officer at Stone, who noted that “the opening of our new offices in Coffs Harbour and now Kempsey signals a dynamic period of growth for Stone Real Estate”.
“We’re eager to set new standards in real estate for the Mid-North Coast,” he said.
With Stone Kempsey gearing up to provide “top-tier” service to clients, head of franchise Luke Cameron said: “It’s incredibly exciting to witness successful business owners like Carlos see the value in what Stone offers.”
“Choosing to join our network is a significant affirmation that they trust us to be a catalyst for their future growth,” he added.
The latest news follows Stone’s announcement of an outpost in Coffs Harbour just last month.
