The brand is showing no signs of putting the brakes on its Victorian expansion.

Two years after Coronis launched operations down in Victoria, the network has bolstered its management team with a number of key appointments across the state

Five team members have been welcomed to Coronis or promoted to the position of manager: Aaron Clarke, licensed branch manager of Coronis Boronia; Alana Roberts, sales manager of Coronis Boronia; Cassandra Crowe, managing director of Coronis Frankston; and Leanne Garrett, managing director of Coronis Berwick.

The Victorian outfit has also welcomed a chief financial officer in Stan Coolegem.

Adam Flynn, state director of Coronis for Victoria, revealed that the five new additions to the state’s management team are intended to set the group up for continued growth in 2024.

He stated: “These key appointments set the foundation for continued growth, solid leadership, and a team of truly talented, ambitious and forward thinkers.”

He reported that 2024 is set to be an “exciting year in Victoria as we set up corporate infrastructure and key marketing objectives, along with our continued focus on having the best-trained agents in the industry.”

Initially only servicing the Queensland property market, Coronis first began expanding into other Australian states in late 2019 with its first-ever Western Australian property manager.

The brand began expanding into Victoria’s property management sector in 2020 at the height of COVID-19. By July this year, Coronis had a total of 11 offices throughout Victoria.

Looking into 2024, Coronis hopes to fortify its leadership team even further as it sets the stage for ongoing success.

Ms Crowe, the newly appointed managing director of Coronis Frankston, expressed enthusiasm about the future of the Coronis Frankston team.

“Being appointed as the new managing director is more than just a title to me; it’s an opportunity to create an office where all our team members have a ‘Coronis’ glow,” she stated.

Ms Crowe explained that “this means our values will shine through in everything we do, building trust with not only clients but also our community, making us more than just a real estate agency”.

The new managing director of Coronis Berwick, Ms Garrett, reported that “in choosing Coronis, I truly feel assured that the company has my back, and will do so in every aspect of this exciting journey”.

Coronis emphasised that the five latest leadership appointments reflect their ongoing commitment to diversity, empowerment and creating a healthy and inclusive work environment.
