Sean Carter is aligning with the brand in the Caloundra office, bringing more than 16 years of experience to his new outfit.
For Mr Brown, it’s incredibly exciting to have Mr Carter come on board, calling him both “a leader and a team player”.
But not only that – he’s “community and family-oriented, understanding the importance of both”.
“He’s the consummate professional with an abundance of attributes that reflect what we stand for as a real estate service in the community”, the director continued.
“Sean is a master negotiator who thrives on challenges and thinks laterally to deliver exceptional results.”
RE/MAX Property Sales has lauded Mr Carter’s involvement in the community, noting him as a member of the Caloundra Chamber of Commerce, an active Caloundra State High School P&C member, and a sponsor of the Caloundra Lighthouse Rugby Union.
Mr Carter brings with him experience in both sales and professional development of personnel, as well as target setting and performance analysis.
He himself has expressed that he “can’t wait to build on my exceptional results with RE/MAX, be part of the team, and help with growing the business Tristan owns, along with my own business”.
He continued: “I will be looking to grow my team as Team Carter and am excited by the opportunity to assist in the delivery of sales training with RE/MAX Property Sales.”
It’s been a successful growth period for Mr Brown, who took over ownership of the Nambour office on 1 February 2021, and has since merged RE/MAX First with RE/MAX Property Sales in Caloundra.
