Paul Davies and Annie Davies are no strangers to trying economic conditions. Having founded their business, One Agency, in the thick of 2008’s global financial crisis, the duo are used to weathering the ups and downs of the real estate industry.
Now, having reached a significant milestone in growing their membership personnel count to over 700, the duo are sharing insight into the business model that they feel has helped them thrive under all circumstances.
From its inception, which the husband and wife team shares traces back to a casual dinner conversation, the Davies were determined to forge an agency model that allowed real estate professionals more flexibility than was otherwise generally available.
Now with offices across Australia as well as New Zealand and Fiji, the brand has attracted agents due to its fixed-fee real estate model, as well as its options to operate from either a shopfront or a home office. No matter the model, members gain access to a range of support systems to bolster their businesses.
In 2023, the network introduced its One Place platform, a one-stop shop to access marketing tools, lead generation and training.
