A longtime operator in Queensland’s Darling Downs has changed franchises for the first time in more than 25 years.

The agency has rebranded itself to Toowoomba Property First National Real Estate.

The office will continue to run under the leadership of Andrew Lynch, an experienced property professional with over 30 years of service in property management and sales. This marks a substantial move for the agency, which operated under another network’s banner for 25 years.

Mr Lynch feels his attitude is defined by a “total care” approach, and he credits this way of working for deciding to rebrand. The move will allow his ever-evolving team to benefit from First National’s marketing technologies and training and resources that will help the Toowoomba community’s property journey.

Mr Lynch added: At a time when we’re recruiting quality staff, this change signifies our commitment to growth and excellence. Being part of First National Real Estate empowers us with extensive support and training opportunities, enabling us to offer unparalleled service to our clients.”

Further bolstering his decision to move, Mr Lynch said he felt his philosophy of “exceeding expectations” aligned with First National Real Estate’s “we put your first” promise.

In this new iteration, he said his aim is to “secure financial freedom for families and investors, and sharing in the joy and excitement of first-time buyers”.

Formerly of Raine & Horne, the Toowoomba office’s rebrand comes just days after First National announced it was opening an agency in Tin Can Bay.

Success for First National was also met earlier in the year, as a Lake Macquarie agency returned to First National.

David Westerman, director of now First National Real Estate-Toronto in Lake Macquarie, credits the company’s “value, technology and expertise sharing” as reasons for his return after three years at a different brand.
