BresicWhitney will partner with local architects to create a new office on the lower north shore.

The Sydney-based network is set to unroll the next phase of their “ambitious yet sustainable growth” with a new office in the lower north shore suburb of Mosman.

The office will be located in the ANZAC Memorial Hall, an iconic local building that was first built in 1922 to commemorate soldiers who had died during World War I.

BresicWhitney plans to pay homage to this “historic and locally significant” building by partnering with local Sydney architecture practice Those Architects. Those Architects aims to “design buildings that simply connect people to place”, and its co-founder Ben Mitchell is himself a local Mosman resident.

“We respect and value the local and historical significance of the building, as the former ANZAC Memorial Hall, and recognise the responsibility and opportunity we have in helping write its next chapter,” said BresicWhitney CEO Thomas McGlynn.

“We are deeply committed to what we are building, in both a physical and literal sense.”

BresicWhitney stated that the approach to their lower north shore office will follow their “longstanding commitment to creating inspiring places for its people and clients”.

The brand’s four existing offices across inner Sydney are known for their bespoke architectural designs that reflect the local community and “recalibrate the expectations for commercial design in the real estate industry”.

Mr McGlynn said that the Mosman expansion was “an incredibly exciting step for not only our lower north shore team but all of us at BresicWhitney”.

“It’s one that will allow us to continue moving towards our vision to be Sydney’s leading property group, while nurturing the ambitions of our people and clients”.

BresicWhitney stated that their lower north shore team “have transacted on over $30 million worth of North Shore property” in recent months, including one property in Seaforth that sold for $12 million.

“We are fully committed to Sydney’s key lifestyle markets, and this is something we intentionally share and nurture for the benefit of our people and our clients,” said Mr McGlynn.

“BresicWhitney’s presence that now circles the key harbourfront markets reflects this, with our lower north shore office another strategic hub that strengthens our connectivity and reach across Sydney.”

With a new bricks-and-mortar office in the mix, BresicWhitney expressed optimism about the potential to further expand and grow the lower north shore team in years to come.

BresicWhitney’s Mosman office will be opened later in 2024.
