The brand has opened another office in Brisbane’s northern suburbs, care of principal Brooke Hawthorne.

The current principal of Belle Property Ascot will open her second shopfront in nearby Nundah, and will service key suburbs including Nundah, Northgate and Banyo.

Ms Hawthorne expects buyers to benefit from the expanded agency presence and the synergies seen between both suburbs’ property markets.

From the principal’s perspective, and as a local herself, she shared the area of Nundah and Brisbane’s inner north “is a hidden pocket full of incredible homes”.

Sharing her passion for the area, she also revealed that the opening of a second office was a strategic decision, in the pipeline for some time: “Building a localised presence means that we will be even more hands-on showcasing properties in the best light possible.”

Belle Property’s head of Queensland, Jon Iceton, commended Ms Hawthorne for her impressive reputation as a property leader.

“We are excited to see her take our brand into the neighbouring area of Nundah,” he said.

“With more than 10 years of real estate industry experience, Brooke has attracted a team of high-performing agents which already enjoy significant market share in Nundah.

“The Belle Property brand is already renowned for its high-quality service to the area, and opening an office will build upon this existing connection,” he continued.

Between the two offices, there will now be over 20 real estate professionals working under Ms Hawthorne.

The newest office follows the announcement of a southern Queensland Mermaid Beach agency by the network just six months ago.

At that time, Belle Property CEO Peter Hanscomb expressed support for the southern Gold Coast expansion, sharing: “It is exciting to see multiaward-winning sales agent and Belle Property Palm Beach principal Rhys Wildermoth extend his reach to Mermaid Beach and Mermaid Waters area.”

Mr Wildermoth will be joined at the helm by colleague Trevor Egan, a former Brisbane resident and now Mermaid local.

“As a hard worker who has achieved record sale prices throughout the Gold Coast, Trevor is the right person to lead our new office in this exciting step forward for our business,” shared Mr Wildermoth.
