A seasoned Sydney basin-based auctioneer is opening a new business in Wagga Wagga.
Jerome Smith will lead the new Elders Real Estate Wagga Wagga Residential and Lifestyle office, which is being touted as a complement to the existing Elders Rural Real Estate office in the region.
The new opening is reportedly a significant milestone for Mr Smith, who stated he is eager to apply his expertise, dynamic approach and deep market knowledge while promising to significantly enhance the local real estate landscape.
That expertise and deep market knowledge derives from his 12 years of experience in real estate and financial industries.
Most recently, he and his wife ran Above The Reserve Auction Services, with Elders flagging that he was one of the most sought after auctioneers in the Sydney basin.
Across his entire career, he has conducted over 5,500 auctions across 58 different suburbs for 40 different real estate agencies.
Commenting on his decision to venture into the Wagga Wagga marketplace, Mr Smith said it was a “heartfelt” decision that “represents a wonderful opportunity for my family and I, both personally and professionally”.
With four children and a fifth on the way, the sales professional and his wife chose Wagga Wagga for its strong sense of community and the quality of life it offers, stating it is an ideal place to raise a family.
Overall, Mr Smith shared he is looking forward to achieving outstanding results for his clients while playing an active role in supporting the community that has warmly welcomed him and his family.
”I am excited to contribute to the community through our new Elders office, offering unparalleled real estate services while also engaging in local initiatives that make Wagga Wagga such a special place to live.”
According to Elders, Mr Smith’s proven track record and community-focused approach “heralds a new era in real estate services for the city and its surrounds”.
His services will include comprehensive residential and lifestyle property sales as well as property management solutions.
