A local real estate professional will lead the network’s new office in a suburb of Brisbane.
Belle Property has recently announced that their new office in Bridgeman Downs will be led by principal Ben Ball.
The network has called Mr Ball a leading and dynamic agent in the area, noting his record $6.5 million acreage sale in Bridgeman Downs last year.
Belle Property reported Mr Ball is “excited to bring his genuinely fresh and youthful approach to his local suburb and surrounds”.
He stated that he feels a strong sense of loyalty to the area and is “motivated to translate that into results for the community”.
“I like to think of myself as approachable but without compromising on results,” Mr Ball said.
“I strongly believe that the Bridgeman Downs area will benefit greatly from the opening of our new office, giving people a genuine, local and honest real estate option.”
The local agent believes that the area’s people and market conditions create the ideal place for a Belle Property office to flourish.
The network’s head of Queensland, Jon Iceton, agreed that Ben and his office location are a perfect match for Belle.
Noting Mr Ball was brought into the network highly recommended, he said he has already established himself as a “genuinely committed member of his local community, as well as an excellent sales performer”.
“Ben is passionate not only about what he does, but also about the area in which he lives, and that’s what Belle Property is all about,” Mr Iceton stated.
