A new performance coach has arrived to inspire success among the network’s members in Australia’s southernmost state.
Molly Gibbons has joined Harcourts Tasmania in the role, bringing with her an approach that the network describes as “calm competency that inspires confidence”.
With experience in property management and residential sales, Gibbons began her real estate career in Tasmania before making a move to Western Australia, where she gained insight into how the industry changes from state to state. Returning to Tasmania, she is now pleased to take up the role at Harcourts that plays to her strength in leading teams.
In fact, Gibbons puts her coaching skills to use outside of property, as a keen member of the Gee Tees Netball Club, having recently coached the Division 1 Women’s side to their first premiership in 16 years.
Of the team that she’ll be leading in real estate, Gibbons said she is excited to “share, learn and grow”, with existing and incoming Harcourts’ professionals.
“Already achieving great things, it is a privilege to work alongside new and existing team members to ensure we are all reaching our full potential,” she said.
Tony Morrison, CEO of Harcourts Tasmania, meanwhile commented that the group feels fortunate to be welcoming the seasoned real estate coach to the organisation.
“We are very lucky to have someone like Molly join the team. With over 10 years’ experience in a variety of roles in residential, commercial and property management, in both Tasmania and Western Australia, Molly brings a vast amount of knowledge and experience to the position,” Morrison said.
He expressed his confidence that she would be quick to adapt to the new role.
“She will be a great addition to the team and will hit the ground running due to her extensive background,” Morrison added.
Gibbons’ appointment comes on the heels of some other high-level hires at Harcourts, both at state-level offices and within the brand’s global reach.
Long-time Harcourts professional Kelly Podlich was recently elevated to the role of international CFO after 14 years with the network.
Adam Fiteni joined the brand this year as a business development manager for the firm’s Victorian operations, also serving as a corporate auctioneer.
