The expansion into the Hunter Valley will be headed by real estate industry specialist, principal Sean Lewis and his business partner Peta Wilkinson.

Professionals’ expansion into the Hunter Valley coincides with the area’s current housing boom led by the development of Huntlee, the first town built in the region in more than 50 years.

“The market across the Hunter Valley is hot with huge growth particularly surrounding the master-planned Huntlee,” Lewis stated.

“Buyers are moving out from Sydney to the Hunter for more affordable housing with prices starting around $800,000 for a new home on larger blocks, supported by the region’s strong economy.”

Professionals CEO, Katherine Gonzalez-Cork, stated she’s thrilled to welcome Professionals to the Hunter Valley.

“Sean is a strong addition to the network, bringing his enthusiasm, passion for the industry and experience to share with his clients.

“The team at Professionals looks forward to continuing to support Sean as he establishes the brand in the area and takes it to the next level of ambitious growth.”

This expansion comes as one of a series of new inclusions into the Professionals network made in the wake of achieving their ambitious goals for new office openings in 2023 the most recent of which is the addition of the newly rebranded Professionals Noble Park, Springvale and Keysborough, under director Harvey Nhan.
