As the agency continues its Victorian expansion, a Doreen local has taken leadership of an established local branch.

Ashlee Jade has been appointed to the role of director, taking on leadership of Barry Plant Doreen-Mernda which opened mid-last year.

Within this role, Jade will work alongside fellow directors Jay Moxon, David Moxon and Michael Egan at the fourth outpost of the Barry Plant North-Eastern Group of offices, which consists of the Bundoora, Macleod and Mill Park-South Morang locations.

Barry Plant reported that Jade brings with her firsthand knowledge of the area that she has accrued through a strong commitment to the local community.

It’s this connection which reinforces her goal of growing the business and developing a team of outstanding agents to service the burgeoning Doreen-Mernda markets.

“The market in Doreen, Mernda and surrounding areas is holding strong,” Jade remarked.

“Properties are selling within an average of two weeks and there is high demand from first home buyers.”

The group additionally highlighted Jade’s expert communicative style developed over her 11 years with Barry Plant wherein she forges long-lasting relationships built upon customer confidence, using her caring and supportive approach to deliver exceptional results.

“Buying or selling a home is as much an emotional investment as it is financial,” Jade stated.

“Every buyer and seller should receive the attention and consideration they deserve.”

Barry Plant franchise development manager, Chris Hill, cited Jade as a sterling example of the next generation of leaders to emerge within the Barry Plant network, proclaiming that “the real estate industry has changed so much compared to 30 years ago”.

“We are seeing more women stepping up into leadership roles at Barry Plant, and 30 per cent of our top agents are female. Diversity is a key opportunity in our group.”

“The next 20 years are going to be super exciting as the landscape continues to shift,” concluded Hill.
