Two new agents join Sydney brand

Independent real estate agency BresicWhitney has appointed a duo of sales agents to their Lower North Shore team.

Scott and Jade Thornton, who together bring with them over 35 years of real estate experience, have joined the Sydney-based brand.

“The decision to join BresicWhitney is one we’ve taken great care and consideration with, having been on our own journey in recent years,” the Thorntons said.

“It’s not easy to find a place or group of like-minded people who you really share values and vision with, but we feel like we’ve found our ‘home’ at BresicWhitney,” they stated.

Scott Thornton’s speciality lies in the harbourside suburb of Mosman, where he has reportedly achieved “premium prices for the area’s most coveted homes”.

Jade Thornton has 15 years’ experience as a sales agent in the Lower North Shore, with a particular focus on skilled negotiation and deep client relationships.

The pair attributed their confidence in joining BresicWhitney to their longstanding relationship with CEO Thomas McGlynn, saying that this relationship gave them “greater confidence in the culture and the importance of it in BresicWhitney’s decision-making”.

McGlynn returned their confidence, stating that the duo “have one of the best transactional reputations in Sydney real estate, any anyone who’s had the pleasure of working with them will attest to this”.

“Equally important is their strength of character, humility and willingness to help lift others up,” said McGlynn. “I’ve observed that over my decade of knowing Scott and Jade, and something that I think is really powerful when partnered with their competitive advantage and expertise as leading local agents.”

Scott and Jade Thornton look forward to continuing to grow in their new roles.

They shared that they “had the fortune of seeing how positively the market is responding to the BresicWhitney brand and value proposition, including its ability to bring together buyers and sellers from across Sydney’s harbourside markets”.

The appointment of Scott and Jade Thornton as sales agents is one of a number of developments that BresicWhitney has witnessed in recent months.

In January this year, the brand kicked off their mission to establish an office in Mosman via a partnership with local design firm Those Architects.

Over the past 12 months, BresicWhitney reported that they have transacted $80 million worth of property across the North Shore.
