Husband-and-wife pair Robert and Deborah Killian are the newest agents to join Cunninghams.
Both agents bring with them a wealth of experience across a wide array of industries, but they are united by their passion for helping the local community.
Robert Killian started out his career as an operational detective with the NSW Police Force in the 1980s and 1990s, before branching out into security, sales, management and real estate.
Deborah Killian also comes with over 20 years of diverse experience in IT, insurance, finance and sales at major Australian companies.
Managing director John Cunningham shared he is “thrilled to welcome Robert and Deborah to our team”.
“Their extensive experience and client/community-driven approach are perfectly aligned with our values and goals,” Cunningham said.
Robert and Deborah Killian are actively involved in the local Curl Curl community, contributing to local schools and helping out with local sporting clubs.
Cunninghams noted that the pair’s “deep community involvement not only enhances their local expertise, but also embodies the community spirit that Cunninghams values”.
Another factor that sets the new agents apart is their educational background. Robert Killian holds an MBA from the University of Sydney and studies from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, while Deborah Killian holds a Masters from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management, qualifications that the company noted “further distinguish [them] in the real estate field”.
“With their addition, we are better positioned to serve our clients and strengthen our presence across the Northern Beaches,” stated Cunningham.
The appointment of Robert and Deborah Killian follows several years of growth for the Northern Beaches-based brand.
In winter 2021, the agency opened its Avalon Beach office for the first time, after 30 years in and around the Northern Beaches region.
A duo of strategic hires followed in 2022 to support the expansion, with the goal of further driving performance and culture within the network.
