Independent agency finds a brand fit at Harcourts

A western Sydney agency is looking to grow its reach by joining the national network.

The newly renamed Harcourts Westmead is run by principal and licensee Pravin Pathik, who has been working in the suburb that’s part of the Cumberland Council for 14 years.

Pathik is now aiming to expand, and he’s joined up with Harcourts to accomplish the goal.

He feels that with the added big-brand support, his team will now be the “the perfect fit” to take greater advantage of Westmead’s real estate opportunities.

“I chose Harcourts because it is a globally recognised brand. Harcourts can provide me with a brand strength so I can grow my business bigger,” Pathik said.

“I have been running my own brand which is not as widely recognised as it could be. So, the Harcourts brand should help me to promote and grow the business,” he added.

Pathik was particularly attracted to the marketing support as well as the recognition the brand offers, as he feels that with his service, growth will come naturally if the team is able to reach a broader audience.

“Our success has been on the feedback and referrals we receive from our clients who are extremely happy with the services offered,” he commented.

“We have great communication across the team and utilise each other’s strengths on getting it right with great outcomes.”
