PRD Real Estate has unveiled its newest office within the Greater Western Sydney region.
This expansion will be headed by principal Darren Latty who will operate the new PRD Glenmore Park outpost alongside his accomplished team.
PRD reported that this office represents the third office opened by the Latty family, with Darren Latty initially taking over PRD Penrith from his father Michael Latty.
After the success of the PRD Penrith office under his management, Darren Latty then opened PRD Blue Mountains in February 2023 where his wife Angelina Latty and her cousin Angela Murphy currently operate as successful agents in their own right.
In discussing the expansion, Latty cited the ongoing rapid expansion of Glenmore Park and the desire to provide “clear, well-researched information” to the area’s numerous landowners seeking guidance around the “rezoning and development of their farms”.
Latty also highlighted his team’s personal connection to developments within the area as another factor behind the expansion.
“We became emotionally connected to the Glenmore Village development, having worked with the developer from its inception to construction.”
“Our goal is to provide in-depth knowledge of the local market, while having an intimate understanding of this very special location,” Latty explained.
In outlining his approach towards the new location, Latty stated that the expansion has enabled his team to “focus on progression” and look for “ways to be innovative and proactive”.
“Too often real estate doesn’t learn to pivot to changing economies or simple client needs. We are challenging our team to find ways to do things better.”
“We constantly look to learn, improve and grow,” Latty concluded.
Commenting on the appointment, Todd Hadley, managing director of PRD, “applauded” Darren and his team for “their hardwork opening their third office”.
“Their commitment to adapting to the needs of their clients continue to pay off and the opening of PRD Glenmore Park reflects that,” Hadley stated.
“We are certain that PRD Glenmore Park will be a successful continuation of the Latty family’s success with PRD Real Estate,” he concluded.
