PRD Real Estate will welcome two previously independent agencies into their network.

The network announced that principal Tony Yip and his two offices, PRD Canberra CBD and PRD Belconnen, will be joining their network.

PRD reported that the Belconnen office, previously operating as Leader Capital Real Estate, has serviced the northern suburbs for over a decade, with the new Canberra CBD office instead set to specialise in central locations and apartment living.

In discussing his motivations for joining the PRD network, Yip stated: “We were greatly impressed by PRD and felt that their values closely aligned with our own.

“In particular, we felt the level of support they offer their franchise offices will allow us to continue to grow and expand on the already comprehensive range of services we provide for our clients,” he said.

Yip spoke favourably of his interactions with the PRD network, the principal remarking that despite having only just begun his business relationship with PRD, the network’s welcome onboarding process has made it feel “as if we have already been a part of PRD for years”.

Commenting on the expansion, PRD managing director, Todd Hadley, stated: “Tony and the team are welcome additions to the network, and we look forward to watching them thrive.”

“We are thrilled to continue to grow our footprint in the ACT and to continue showcasing the excellence that PRD is renowned for Australia-wide,” the managing director concluded.

This rebrand has occurred in a period of rapid expansion for PRD Real Estate, with the network having unveiled their new PRD Glenmore Park outpost and welcoming PRD Adamstown into their ranks over the last two months.
