Hodges Real Estate is teaming up with the agency formerly known as Ray White Rye.
Now known as Hodges Rye, the business will continue to be helmed by Guy Hoevenaars and Rachael Holman.
According to Hodges Real Estate, the new partnership signifies a “commitment to delivering unparalleled results and exceptional experiences” which will enable the Rye outpost to enhance the “personalised service” they extend to their clients.
Hodges reported Hoevenaars and Holman bring “years of experience and a genuine love for the Rye community” to the new-look business, alongside their leadership style which ensures that each client receives “dedicated support and expert guidance”.
Hoevenaars shared his excitement about the opportunity to align with Hodges, stating: “We are absolutely thrilled to be joining forces with one of Melbourne’s most successful real estate brands.”
“The synergy we have with Hodges as a prominent bayside brand reflects our commitment to all Melburnians’ desire for a beach lifestyle,” he stated.
“This marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for our business as we partner with Hodges, propelling us forward together.”
Commenting on the appointment, the head of Hodges’ franchise relationships, Gary Dans, was similarly enthusiastic, relaying that the network’s partnership with the Rye business “marks a significant moment as we expand our network”.
“Our partnership promises a bright future for both our industry and, most importantly, for our valued clients,” he concluded.
