The new addition marks Place Estate Agents’ 19th office space in Brisbane.
Place Cleveland is the newest office to launch under the brand’s banner, with experienced agent Emma Miller at the helm.
Located 25 kilometres south-east of the Brisbane CBD, Cleveland is a gateway to the Moreton Bay islands, and is well-known for its abundance of natural wildlife.
With bushland, beaches, wetlands and suburban streets all coming together in the local area, this pocket of Brisbane is home to a wide array of housing types.
“Place Cleveland provides a gateway to a diverse range of properties, from waterfront residences to acreage and suburban family homes, catering to a broad spectrum of buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants,” explained Damian Hackett, chief executive officer of Place.
He predicts that the new Cleveland location will provide the brand with new opportunities for growth and diversification as it lays down roots in a new corner of the city.
The CEO expressed support for Miller, stating that “we have every confidence in Emma’s skills as a real estate agent and industry leader, knowing they will play a pivotal role in the success of our first Redlands office.”
For the principal herself, the transition to Place marks an exciting new chapter in her professional career.
For a long time, she has considered the brand “aspirational” – but as a Cleveland local, there were no offices in her local area to join forces with.
“So, I thought – if there isn’t a nearby Place office, as a successful agent in the local area, why not open one?”
As the leader spearheading the new office, Miller brings with her a decade of experience in real estate. She believes that her wealth of expertise and strong connections with local residents will put her in good stead as she helps “expand the company’s footprint into the Redlands area”.
Miller credited strong support from the head office with ensuring a painless transition over to the brand.
“Moving to Place has been incredibly smooth with Place HQ’s comprehensive support, allowing me to focus on what I do best during this transition – serving my clients to a high standard,” she said.
