Richardson & Wrench has welcomed the new co-owners of its Crows Nest branch.

The network has revealed that Dylan Fan and Kelvin Chow will be taking ownership of Richardson & Wrench Crows Nest, completing the transfer of the agency from former franchise owner Mark Rosati, who will continue to work within the business.

Fan and Chow were described as bringing significant experience in the property sector from their involvement with construction company HRK+.

“Buying this successful real estate business is a logical decision for us,” stated Fan.

“We knew we could use our property expertise to help people at the start of the buying and selling process to find the best properties for their aspirations.”

Alongside the new owners, the business will be supported by new licensee in charge, Jay Cao, who offers over 10 years of real estate expertise in property management, resales, and off-the-plan developments.

To support the trio, Rosati will continue with the business, reportedly to “lead and support its strategic growth” moving forward.

With Rosati having served the Crows Nest community for over 30 years, Cao stated: “We are delighted that Mark is continuing to deliver outstanding real estate solutions to our clients.”

“We look forward to learning everything we can about the local market from the team and their years of expertise to build on the agency’s outstanding reputation,” he continued.

Chow similarly expressed enthusiasm about working with Richardson & Wrench, relaying that “they are the right franchise choice for us”.

“They are such a well-established name in Australian real estate, and we were impressed with the support, network and resources available to us,” he stated.

Andrew Cocks, Richardson & Wrench group managing director, has welcomed the new recruits into the fold, stating: “It’s wonderful to welcome Dylan, Kelvin and Jay to Richardson & Wrench.”

“We’re delighted to support them as they take the reins of Richardson & Wrench Crows Nest and continue to build the R&W presence in Sydney’s north shore,” he concluded.
