Already familiar with the brand, Cathie Crampton moves to Belle Property in a key strategic role.

As head of property management, growth and performance, Crampton will train her sights on the firm’s business development managers, using her long experience as a coach and speaker to elevate performance of the network’s property management sector.

Prior to this new appointment at Belle, Crampton served the network as head of network property management from 2015 to 2017. She then took up the role of head of network property management for Harcourts International, before moving to Place Estate Agents as a partner and director of property management.

In her latest position, Crampton said she is pleased to be back with the network and looking forward to empowering the network’s agencies to achieve growth.

“I’m so excited to be part of the Belle Property team again. I love working with principals and directors at the business level to help them grow their property management assets.”

She added that she has a broad range of goals heading into the role.

“My objective is to develop strategies that will assist franchises and their people to reach growth targets, improve profitability and capital value, maintain client retention, foster career satisfaction, and build business longevity,” she said.

With over 20 years of experience and a longstanding reputation as a skilled motivational speaker, Crampton was described by Belle Property CEO, Peter Hanscomb, as an “incredible resource” for the network’s teams.

Hanscomb noted that rent roll growth had been hard in the wake of COVID-19 with investor activity depleted.

He expressed his confidence that this latest appointment would help the network’s teams overcome a myriad of challenges.

“We’re thrilled that Cathie has returned to lead the growth of our property management arm,” he said.
