Adding a fourth office has allowed a Sydney team to attract some high-performing local agents to the group.

The opening of a Northbridge location is a “significant milestone” for Raine & Horne Lower North Shore, according to principal Stuart Bourne, who oversees an operation that spans offices in Lane Cove, Willoughby and Mosman.

Describing the area as “much sought-after by affluent families, professionals and investors seeking premium real estate in one of Sydney’s most prestigious harbourside locations”, he has kicked off the new venture by welcoming several new agents to the fold.

David Howe, Max Yue and Charles Tang have joined Raine & Horne Northbridge from a competitor, while Lorinda Mansfield makes a jump from Raine & Horne Neutral Bay to Bourne’s Northbridge office.

He spoke to the agents’ track records and deep roots in the area in expressing his confidence in the success of the new team.

"David, Max and Charles are all well-established agents with decades of experience, and we are thrilled to be able to partner with them,” Bourne said.

Howe comes with an MBA and a background in banking and real estate, though Bourne commented that the secret to his success is his “honesty, personal attention, enthusiasm and reliability – achieving results beyond his clients’ expectations”.

Also from the finance sector, Yue will reportedly use his fluency in Chinese as well as English to serve a diverse range of clients in the Northbridge area, while drawing on his foundational skills.

“Max has a deep understanding of the financial aspects of real estate and has a genuine empathy with people,” Bourne said.

Mansfield, meanwhile, was described as a key player in Raine & Horne’s sales operations on the Lower North Shore, who will ensure the new office hits the ground running.

“With a profound understanding of buyer behaviour and market trends, combined with 23 years of selling experience, Lorinda brings the refined expertise needed to achieve top results,” the principal said.

Coupled with their expertise, Bourne feels that the neighbourhood is primed for Raine & Horne’s expanded presence.

“Limited available stock and high demand from high-net-wealth buyers contribute to the suburb’s robust property market,” he added.
