Pulse Property has welcomed Hill & Viteri Property as the second office in the group.

Through this expansion, the team at Hill & Viteri Property in Sutherland will join Pulse Property’s existing Miranda outpost in serving the Sutherland Shire.

Pulse Property described the addition as marking a “significant milestone for Pulse Property” which will strengthen the brand’s “commitment to providing Sutherland Shire residents with unrivalled service, exceptional client experiences and expert property knowledge”.

With both offices equipped for “residential sales, leasing and property management”, Pulse Property detailed that their service across the Sutherland Shire will be supported by the “expertise and local knowledge of the Hill & Viteri Property team”.

Director and licensee at Pulse Property, Ben Pike, expressed excitement in welcoming the Hill & Viteri Property team, stating that “their reputation for excellence and deep community connections perfectly aligns with our values and vision”.

“This expansion allows us to better serve our clients across the Sutherland Shire, providing greater accessibility and a wider range of services,” said Pike.

Commenting on the expansion, managing director at Hill & Viteri Property, Sebastian Viteri, expressed that he was “confident that joining Pulse will create significant value for our team, clients and the community”.

“We look forward to collaborating with new colleagues and combining our strengths to provide an even more dynamic real estate experience,” he concluded.

With this announcement fulfilling the ambition for growth that Pike made last year, the director also detailed his belief that “physical and mental wellbeing” are some of his greatest business assets.
