RE/MAX has bolstered its Perth presence, adding a new location in the city’s southern suburbs.

Celebrating with an event to commemorate the expansion, RE/MAX Extreme has officially opened its Cannington-based Extreme South office under franchise branch manager, Craig Phillips.

Extreme South joins the Currambine-based RE/MAX Extreme North branch, with the two offices operating under a collaborative approach, with staff working alongside one another in sales and property management.

Speaking on the motivations behind the new location, managing director of RE/MAX Australia Joel Davoren stated “it had become obvious that both sides of the river required equal attention and quality service”.

“We had been referring so much business to the south away from RE/MAX and it was definitely time to create a strong presence here,” said Davoren.

The branch detailed that Phillips and his team at the new Cannington location bring “many years of experience specific to the southern suburbs” of Perth; this knowledge being utilised to deliver a personable and professional approach that provides clients with “the best possible outcomes”.

“Opening the Cannington office has allowed a south of the river focus with a premium real estate offering sales and property management, while also giving RE/MAX an excellent reach across the whole city,” Phillips stated.

Sales associates Nic Sauzier and Joel Mitton will be spearheading the sales division in the new office, which is set to “rapidly grow in response to the demand for top service in the southern region”.

In addition to enabling the business to grow their presence in the southern half of Perth, RE/MAX Extreme relayed that the new Cannington office would allow them to “foster the growth of agents looking to further their real estate careers as we look to expand our presence across the state”.

“We’ll not only have a greater RE/MAX presence, but we can also give our agents the opportunity to grow their own businesses,” Phillips concluded.

This expansion follows RE/MAX Australia’s recent appointment of Daniel Roberts as its new Queensland and Northern NSW franchise manager.
