A Claremont agency is taking on a new challenge – acquiring Kalbarri’s only real estate agency.
Contessi Properties is making the move north, with the acquisition of Ray White Kalbarri.
The new Contessi Kalbarri is taking its role of the town’s only real estate agency seriously, and will offer comprehensive sales and property management services to the local community.
The group has also acquired Kalbarri Accommodation Service, which will now be known as Kalbarri Escapes.
Paulette Contessi, the owner, founder and director at the helm of Contessi Properties, said she is “incredibly proud to expand our footprint to Kalbarri”.
The Kalbarri arm of the business comes into the Contessi Properties fold with a team of seven locals, which Contessi cited as ensuring they bring experience, deep local knowledge, and a community commitment.
Loni Visser, the region’s top agent, will be one of those locals spearheading the rebranded venture.
Contessi said: “This expansion allows us to bring our high standards of real estate services to a new market while also enhancing the local tourism industry through Kalbarri Escapes.”
She explained the decision to expand into Kalbarri came about due to the burgeoning opportunities in the area, as well as “the unique position it offers us to meet the growing needs of the local market”.
With the Claremont flagship office set to continue as the cornerstone of business operations, it will also be providing social media and marketing support to the Kalbarri office to ensure clients receive “the same level of excellence and personalised service they have come to expect from Contessi Properties”.
“We are committed to making a positive impact on the community and providing exceptional service to both residents and visitors,” said Contessi.
The agency hopes the new acquisition will strengthen community ties, support local businesses, and “showcase Kalbarri’s beauty to the world through unique events”.
That’s all while “continuing its mission of delivering honest and bold solutions”.
