Hockingstuart has unveiled its latest Melbourne location, to be headed by two local real estate professionals.

This expansion will be helmed by principal Di Zhu, who will oversee the team at Hockingstuart’s new Point Cook office alongside senior sales consultant Haresh Mutreja.

With Point Cook known for setting “record-breaking suburb prices between $1.6 million and $1.8 million”, the appointees expressed that the area has become increasingly popular with young families due to its seaside location and convenient amenities.

Speaking on the opening of the Point Cook office, Zhu stated that the “launch comes at an incredible time, as Point Cook has seen an annual growth rate of 4.5 per cent, and we expect to see this rate grow exponentially”.

With the new agency prepped to fulfil this demand, Hockingstuart stated that the office’s “deep understanding” of the Point Cook area will enable the team to deliver “unmatched outcomes and exceptional client service”.

“We are familiar faces for the Point Cook community and have a strong sense of loyalty to the area,” said Zhu.

“With our combined 15 years of living in the Point Cook area, our proven track record, and our familiarity with what the area has to offer, we believe we can find the best option for buyers looking to settle here.”

Through this local knowledge, the network stated that the pair will look to use a “blend of online and traditional approaches to property advertising” to cater to Point Cook’s “tech-savvy” demographic.

“Client referrals are at the forefront of our work, and we believe word of mouth and a strong social media presence with the relevant audience is highly powerful in suburban real estate markets.”

Moreover, Hockingstuart relayed that both Zhu and Mutreja are fluent in Mandarin and Hindi, enabling them to service the multicultural community of the Point Cook area.

Commenting on the launch, Hockingstuart and Belle Property Victorian state head, Anthony Webb, said that “the addition of our Point Cook office strengthens the Hockingstuart footprint through Melbourne’s western corridor”.

“Haresh and Di have been leading agents in both Point Cook and Williams Landing for some time now and our interactions with them have already shown me why so many clients have worked with them in the past and will continue to do so in the future,” Webb concluded.
