Century 21 has welcomed the new joint owners of its Tin Can Bay location.
The network has revealed that established Century 21 personnel Steph Downman, Paul Downman and Rose Downman have jointly taken ownership of the agency’s newly rebranded Tin Can Bay outpost, Century 21 At The Bay.
With the three appointees possessing 50 years of executive management and administration experience between them, the new owners stated that they look forward to servicing the Tin Can Bay, Cooloola Cove, Rainbow Beach and Wallu areas.
With all three having spent time with the Century 21 network, Steph Downman brings local knowledge as a 10th generation Gympie local, while Paul Downman has previously been recognised as achieving Grand Centurion – C21’s highest achievement and brings eight years of experience in real estate sales within the greater region to the fold.
Century 21 At The Bay’s new principal, Rose Downman, brings “extensive administration and management experience” to the new-look operation.
The network relayed that the office’s new leadership will look to ensure that the sale and management of their vendor’s assets are “given the highest priority and utmost care”, and highlighted that they are “excited” to give back to their community as it continues to grow and develop.
Speaking on their choice to take on ownership of the office, the team said: “We look forward to growing with this global brand for many years to come and leveraging their processes and platforms to deliver a level of service and care that is unmatched in this area.”
Chairman and owner of Century 21 Australasia, Charles Tarbey, expressed excitement in welcoming the new leadership team, stating: “We’re proud to have such a dynamic team as part of our network.”
“It is fantastic to see a group of talented and passionate individuals choose to continue their journey with the brand. This is a testament to their dedication and hard work,” he concluded.
The latest ownership change follows two recent office openings, with the network opening two brand new locations in Townsville and Wanaka.
