Belle Property has bolstered its Adelaide presence with a new outpost in the city’s northern suburbs.
This expansion will be led by principals Sadeq Al-Khalidi and Mustafa Razaee, who will utilise their combined 14 years of real estate experience to bring a “premium and elevated real estate approach” to the network’s new Mawson Lakes office.
With both principals having lived in Adelaide for almost two decades, the network relayed that Al-Khalidi and Razaee pride themselves as “local community experts” who are eager to extend their “unparalleled service” to prospective buyers, sellers and investors.
Through Al-Khalidi’s previous experience owning and operating private companies in the Middle East and China, as well as operating a flourishing network in Adelaide’s northern suburbs, Belle Property stated that he brings “negotiation expertise and a deep appreciation for client needs” to the new Mawson Lakes office.
The network also relayed that Razaee offers a “fresh perspective to the office”, highlighting that his strong work ethic and client-focused approach enable him to offer a “humble, solution-oriented approach” to servicing Adelaide’s northern suburbs.
Belle Property noted their newest office has come at “a perfect time” to meet the demand of Mawson Lakes’ growing market, with the suburban area rapidly developing into a major shopping precinct, and residential sale prices in the area hitting a “record breaking $2.2 million in the past 12 months”.
“Our focus is to deliver prestige services to our clients and as Adelaide’s real estate market continues to exponentially grow, we are prepared to go the extra mile in delivering exceptional outcomes for our Mawson Lakes clientele,” said Razaee.
This sentiment was one shared by Al-Khalidi who emphasised that “the northern suburbs have also gone up in value and we therefore believe that the standards of real estate services and results should reflect that”.
“We would like to be known as a trusted and professional team and make sure that the process of buying or selling a home is as smooth and stress-free as possible,” said Al-Khalidi.
