A Dee Why office is the latest outpost for DiJones as the brand sets its sights on Sydney’s northern fringe.

The new office will complement an existing DiJones office in Mona Vale, with the network stating that the region has long been a target for growth.

“The Northern Beaches is a key area of focus for DiJones and has been for some time,” said DiJones CEO Dean Mackie.

“Under the leadership of regional partner Aaron Raco, Skye Raco and their team, we will offer services in sales and investment management and expand our footprint with this new office,” he shared.

Dee Why, which lies on the southern end of the Northern Beaches, is a family-friendly suburb with a healthy mix of apartments and freestanding houses.

The new DiJones Dee Why office will service Dee Why, Collaroy, Collaroy Plateau, Narraweena, Brookvale, Beacon Hill and surrounding suburbs.

According to regional partner Aaron Raco, the move to DiJones will mark a new phase for the small family business he runs with his partner, business development manager Skye Raco.

“While we don’t aspire to be the largest real estate brand, entering the licensing arena enables us to strategically expand our network while delivering huge benefits for our brand,” he said.

“Such a move also allows us to leverage our best-in-class technology, client care and centralised services to attract agents who share our values and vision.”

Looking forward, the Racos have plans for further growth in the Northern Beaches area.

“The leadership team of Dean Mackie and Brent May aligned with our vision and desire to spread the footprint into strategic locations and we have ambitions to have two to four more offices in the area,” said Aaron Raco.

“We believe in a strong and lengthy relationship, and that is why we chose DiJones.”

According to the CEO, the network’s licensee arrangement is ideal for agents wanting to start a business without the administrative burden faced by independent agencies.

“Under the licensee arrangement, Aaron and his team will be able to access a suite of DiJones services designed to maximise efficiencies, reduce cost to serve and maximise lead generation, enabling them to focus purely on what they do best – selling and leasing property,” Mackie said.
