The new office aims to capitalise on growing traction in south-east Queensland’s commercial property market.
Belle Property Commercial Brisbane North is the newest commercial office to come to Brisbane’s northern suburbs, and is headed by principal Brocke Hambrecht.
Hambrecht comes with a decade of real estate experience in Melbourne and Brisbane, including five years as an auctioneer.
Joining him in the business is his partner Shelley Hambrecht, whose background is in high-end hospitality. She aims to draw from her experiences to elevate the lifestyle aspects of the Belle Property brand, stating that the new business hopes “to offer superior service and prioritise quality over quantity”.
According to the duo, the time is ripe for a new commercial office in northern Brisbane.
“We’ve identified a gap in the market for a high-end brand that is result-driven but can still offer world-class marketing and top-notch service,” said Brocke Hambrecht.
“We aim to become the hub for the best commercial personnel available in Brisbane.”
In particular, the pair stated they hope to provide clients with the best information possible in order to help them make considered decisions.
“Ensuring that energy, systems and processes are applied to every transaction, we strive to provide sellers or landlords with the confidence and make an informed decision when selling, leasing, or appointing a quality asset manager,” said Hambrecht.
With substantial experience under his belt, the principal believes his background will serve him well going into the new role. Previously, he sold properties up to $9.6 million while working as an auctioneer for networks including Worrells, McGrath, and Grant Thornton.
