Cunninghams’ newest addition will bring local knowledge and an interpersonal approach to its Balgowlah outpost.
The network has announced the appointment of established sales agent Matt McEwan to its Northern Beaches team.
McEwan is a lifelong resident of the Northern Beaches and holds a licensed real estate agent qualification, along with an associate diploma in business (valuation). Given his experience as well as deep community ties, the new appointee was described by the network as bringing “extensive local knowledge and business acumen” to the agency.
The network further described McEwan as “driven by a genuine passion for people and property”, emphasising that his vast knowledge and empathetic approach have enabled him to add “significant value” when working with his extensive client base of repeat customers and referrals.
McEwan previously operated his own agencies, but has reportedly decided to transition to the Cunninghams office in order to focus on his goal of “providing the best possible service and building lasting relationships”.
Speaking on his transition, McEwan said he was “thrilled to be a part of the Cunninghams family” and looks forward to “contributing to our shared goals and helping clients achieve their real estate dreams”.
A Collaroy resident himself, McEwan is active within the local sporting clubs. The network said it felt assured of the sales agent’s dedication to “deepening [the company’s] community ties”.
This sentiment was echoed by managing director of Cunninghams, John Cunningham, who said: “We are thrilled to welcome Matt to our team.”
“Matt’s commitment to building genuine relationships and providing exceptional service aligns with our values, and we are excited about the positive impact he will have on our team and clients,” remarked Cunningham.
“I have known Matt since he was a child, as our families grew up knowing each other well, so I am confident in the exceptional values and integrity he will bring to our culture, clients and community,” he concluded.
This appointment continues the recent growth of the network’s Northern Beaches outpost, which recently recruited experienced agents Robert and Deborah Killian to its team.
